As you probably already know your hair will grow back thicker and darker. If you really can't stand your arm hair, bleach it. It will become finer and lighter and hardly visible. You can buy facial hair bleach at the drug store. Do not use bleach for hair, it is too strong and will chemically burn your skin. Buy the kits for facial hair. Any permanent hair removal cannot be achieved at home.
