I am going to the UK to study. Are the following services covered by NHS as a benefit for international students?
1. Wisdom tooth removal surgery
2. Teeth Cleaning
3. Teeth Bleachin/Whitening
No, unless you are from an EU country.
You don’t get cosmetic dental surgery on the NHS anyway, so 3. is out.

I am a Senior medical receptionist/nurse in a Doctors surgery so I can give you information regarding your query first hand.
If you are going to be here for a year, you are entitled to be registered with a GP and given a NI (national insurance) number.
You will only be able to have any sort of treatment on the NHS, ie surgery for a wisdom tooth or dermatological problems, when you have been referred to a Consultant by your GP.
Regarding dentistry, there are very little NHS dentist in this county now. You will have to register with a private dentist and any dentistry for your teeth will have to be paid for.
Hope that helps.
