I heard you shouldn’t wrap a leather sofa in plastic wrap for moving/storage; is this true for my suede sofa?
I am moving and own a suede sofa, recliner and couch. This stuff will sit in storage for a month or so. Can suede be wrapped in plastic wrap or is it like leather in that respect?

You are better off using a moving blanket to cover it, you dont want the plastic to hold any moisture the suede, it will ruin it.

If you go to http://www.storagedeluxe.com/ you wont have to cover anything. I have been renting a space from them for years and I love it. They have climate control in the storage units so you never have to worry about moisture or that moldy smell. You can have it set to the same climate it would be in your house.
